Hamid Contracting

Hamid Contracting, LLC is a general contracting company based in South Jersey. We have over 30 years of experience managing commerical and residential construction projects. We specialize in new construction (start to finish), additions, and renovations. Additionally, our co-owner is a Licensed Professional Engineer and can provide engineering solutions in addition to construction expertise.

Services

Commercial

Our team has successfully completed commericial projects for clients in healthcare, government, and non-profit industries. These projects include new construction and additions/renovations to existing offices and other small to medium size buildings.

Residential

We have been building homes all over the New Jersey area for the past three decades. Our projects have ranged from single-story to multi-million dollar homes. We work with homeowners through each step of the process, such as choosing a budget, permitting, and selecting finishes.

Design/Consulting

Most of the houses we've built were designed in-house. We have engineers and designers on staff. We also offer architectural services such as drafting and 3D-Modeling.
